Tonkatsu Taro Chatan

This is one of our go-to restaurants. There’s a great selection of food and it’s always tasty. You get all you can eat rice, salad, soup and pickled vegetables as well as green tea (you have to ask for the tea).

A set meal shop that stopped by on the way home from a business trip.I ordered jumbo tonkatsu set meal.The flesh is fluffy, and it has a gentle texture like tofu, but it tastes tight and delicious.The clothes are crispy, they don't feel greasy, and when you eat them with a miso sauce (?) To eat, the rice goes terribly. Refresh the mouth with cabbage and tongue soup. I am glad that you can replace tongue juice, rice and cabbage for 80 yen.

Once my favorite restaurant, them quality dropped, but now making a come back. Very good katsu. Worth a try again.
